Delivery and Returns
CD's
CD's will be shipped via USPS Ground. Please allow up to 8 days for domestic delivery. Unopened CD's may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Downloads
We currently offer downloads in mp3 format. Upon payment confirmation, your music will be placed in a .zip folder(s) for faster electronic delivery (Please see "How to Retrieve Your Downloads" at the bottom of this page). Music downloads are non-refundable.
Checkout Help
1. Checkout
When you are ready to Checkout, click one of three links:
- the Cash Register icon in the top-right corner of every page
- the word “Checkout” in the top-right corner of every page
- the Checkout Button located in your shopping cart
2. Delivery and Payment Information
Verify that the information listed on the Delivery and Payment Information pages is correct. We use PayPal to process transactions, therefore, you may be required to re-enter some of this information on their site.
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, e-Check and PayPal
Even though we use PayPal to process transactions you do NOT need an existing PayPal account to make a payment nor will you need to create a PayPal account.
Click “Continue”
3. Confirm Order
Click “Confirm Order” and you will be sent to PayPal to enter your payment information.
4. PayPal - Choose Payment Method
PayPal is constantly updating the layout of this page for "testing" purposes, so it might not appear identical to the one below. But, if you wish to pay by Credit Card, look around and you'll find the option to do so. And remember, you do not need a PayPal account to pay.
5. Complete Order
Once you have successfully entered your payment information you will be brought to a page similar to the one below. Be sure to click on “Complete Your Order Confirmation.”
If you purchased a download(s), see the below section titled "How to Retrive Your Downloads."
How to Retrieve Your Downloads
Upon completing your order through PayPal by clicking the "Complete Your Order Confirmation" button, your payment will be confirmed by our staff. Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, we will email you with a link to your downloads. Your downloads will be available through your My Account page.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your link to become available. If, after 24 hours, your link is still not available, please contact us at store[at]fusionfable[dot]com.
You can login to the My Account page at a later time where you will find a link to your download once payment is confirmed.
Important: You must download the file(s) within one (1) week. After one week the download link will expire and become inactive. You may download the file(s) one time only. After downloading the file(s) the link will become inactive. If you experience any trouble retrieving your downloads, please contact us.
